Acoustic Materials Specification and Installation Visits

MEMTECH ACOUSTICAL specializes in the specification, sales and installation of acoustic materials. In some instances, a Survey Visit visit or Analytical Site Study may be necessary beforehand in order to gather sufficient data so that the characteristics of the problem are well understood, along with defining the most cost-effective solution approach. Installation Visits are then intended to determine the amount and costs of materials and/or labor for a noise control project. In some instances, the customer may already know what they need, and simply want a quote to purchase and/or install the necessary products.

Installation visits may include:

• Performing comprehensive dimensional and/or layout measurements of the facility or area
• Determining the best approach for mounting or installing the materials at the customer site (glue, staples, etc.)
• Understanding the desired aesthetics and other customer visual or space requirements
• Identifying potential issues (maintenance access, mandated medical hygienic concern, sufficient lighting, fire sprinkler clearance requirements, adequate workspace, etc.) which must be considered when installing materials
• Development of a detailed quote for labor and/or materials

In addition, MEMTECH ACOUSTICAL can install acoustic doors, windows, exterior noise-control walls, equipment enclosures, and a variety of other solutions.

Cost: The only cost for installation quoting visits is to cover travel expenses (mileage and per diem) from our main office in Rochester Hills MI. Visits within a 50 mile radius of our office will not incur travel charges.
