EXAIR Safety Air Guns & Nozzle
EXAIR Safety Air Guns are durable and comfortable to use. Each model uses an engineered Air Nozzle that provides superior performance by entraining large volumes of surrounding air. Safe operation is assured along with low air consumption and noise levels. Airflow that exits the nozzle cannot be blocked, as required by OSHA standard 1910.242(b). There are four Safety Air Guns, The Precision, Soft Grip, Heavy Duty, and Super Blast Safety Air Guns.
Precision EXAIR Safety Air Gun
Is extremely lightweight and the most comfortable to operate during periods of extended use. The small diameter nozzle and extension will fit into tight spaces while providing strong blowing force. Chip Shields for worker safety are also available.
Soft Grip EXAIR Safety Air Gun
Has a durable cast aluminum body that is suited for rugged industrial use. The ergonomic design has a larger trigger for easy operation and a convenient hanger hook for easy storage. Chip Shields for worker safety are available. Extension Pipes and Stay Set Hoses for hard to reach areas are also available.
Heavy Duty EXAIR Safety Air Gun
Is a powerful air gun with a durable cast aluminum body that is best suited for heavy use in rugged industrial environments. The ergonomic composite rubber grip and wide curved trigger can be used for hours without fatigue. Chip Shields for worker safety are available. Extension Pipes for hard to reach areas are also available.
Super Blast EXAIR Safety Air Guns
Provide the strongest blowing force- ideal for long distance, wide area blow off, cooling, and drying applications. The comfortable foam rubber handle provides a firm grip. The spring-loaded valve instantly shuts off the air supply if the air gun is dropped. Extension Pipes for hard to reach areas are also available.

This category of EXAIR’s Air Nozzles contains all nozzles with blowing forces of 6 N (1.3 lbs.) and of 6 – 130 N (1.3 lbs. – 28.7 lbs. It also includes Air Knives and Air Curtains in standard versions for various applications. Special Air Nozzles contains all nozzles that generate entirely unique blowing patterns.

These nozzles, sometimes referred to as standard nozzles, are suitable for most applications, such as: cleaning, drying, cooling, transport or sorting. They are used in all types of manufacturing industries.
The category EXAIR air nozzles 6 – 130 N (1.3 – 28.7 lbs.) contains all nozzles with blowing forces ranging from 6 N (1.3 lbs.) up to 130 N (28.7 lbs.). All of these nozzles feature very high blowing force and they are commonly used in, for example, machine shops, paper mills and steel mills. Despite their high blowing forces, noise levels and energy consumption are low – a combination long thought to be impossible.
The category EXAIR special air nozzle contains all nozzles that generate entirely unique blowing patterns. These nozzles are designed for special applications where ordinary open pipe or standard nozzles will not effectively perform the blowing operation.
