Site Visits
For those instances where the customer needs assistance to support resolving any noise or vibration control problem, an in-person site visit from one of our customer support engineers is recommended.
Site visits are often necessary when an acoustical problem is too involved to properly diagnose over the phone or through email, or when the scope of the noise problem is complex. Site visits are also necessary when the customer is unable to make measurements or provide background information themselves. An in-person review of your noise problem and a quantification of your concerns will often allow us to identify the root cause(s) of acoustic problems and to recommend the best solution. We will also assure that all customer needs (aesthetics, maintenance access, etc.) are met when the solution is implemented.
Please note that, due to increased travel and labor expenses, we no longer provide ‘no-cost’ site visits, unless you are a current or former MEMTECH customer.
